“Jeri
gently pushes me to my limits and not beyond. I am now in the best
shape I’ve ever been in my life, better even than when I was
actively dancing. My kids laugh at my six-pack abs! Most important
of all, I feel strong and healthy. It’s been a pleasure learning
over the past year, and I look forward to continuing to grow –
