Individual instruction allows you to start your exercise program at
your level. It will help you to gain maximum benefit from the moves
as well as progress quickly without hurting yourself.

for Dancers
Dancers
learn to use their powerhouse and breathe to coordinate their movements,
taking the strain off of the back. Counter movements to those of dance
are used to help the body stay in balance and avoid repetitive stress
injuries. Flexibility is increased. The body is both lengthened and
strengthened.
Physical
Therapy Pilates
Private
sessions designed for this purpose focus on the individual’s
rehabilitative needs within a full body workout. Addresses scoliosis,
back pain, shoulder pain, post knee injury, and pre and post mastectomy
issues.
Pilates
for Athletets
The
focus is on lengthening and strengsthening and counter movement to
the typical “buff you up” workout. Those muscles consistently
contracted will be lengthened while the opposing muscles will be strengthened.
Gain the flexibility you typically lose with bulk and gain maximum
definition.
The
studio is equipped to provide semi private sessions on the Reformer
and Wunda chair only. Individual sessions allow for greater variety
and include work on the Reformer and Wunda chair as well as the EXO
chair, Cadillac and various small apparatus.
